Being a member of Heavens Squad, I needed their expertise after I changed ISP. I was put through to Agent David who sorted out my email, through remote access, very quickly. But when I mentioned that I was getting frozen screens and sluggish performance he said that he knew exactly what to do. He remotely set about cleaning up my computer while giving me advice on the age and abilities of my fairly old machine. I had to go out for a while but happily left the agent in charge. When I got home he called me to make sure that everything was OK, and it was.
I have now signed up To Heavens Squad’s Remote Storage facility, with 20GB of storage, to make sure that all my important documents are backed up and I don’t lose anything.
Over the years I’ve dealt with many ISP help desks but not one has come close to the confident assistance that Agent Nelly gave me.

I am writing to say how pleased I have been with the service which has been provided to me by Martyn Smith over the last week or so.
Last Thursday I had a major computer malfunction - my hard drive totally failed and of course I hadn’t backed up any of my data. To say I was distraught is a bit of an understatement!
David arrived promptly on Friday morning. He did what he could at my house and then took my laptop away. He kept in contact with me by phone and told me, in simple terms, what the problem was. He suggested that it probably would be worth purchasing a new laptop, advised me on the specification that would be most suitable and arranged to return on Saturday to re-install my data. He also set up a new email account for me and retrieved all my previous emails.
At all times he has been courteous, polite, personable and has explained everything in language I understood without becoming impatient with me (or at least if he has he hasn't shown it!!)

Problem:
My screen (desktop and all programs) have rotated thru 90 degrees clockwise – so I’m typing this with my neck cricked through 90 degrees. My 5 yr old son pressed something – not sure what! Now I can't screen back to normal. Please, please, please help!

In my experience, Heavens Squad does exactly what says it does on the tin. My Heavens Agent was prompt, courteous, and more importantly knew exactly what he was doing. The installation of a wireless router, and set-up of an email account through Outlook (an activity that normally takes me at least a week and which I generally spend months in advance dreading) was completed effortlessly, and all connections were patiently checked before my Heavens left.
Booking the service was equally easy, and I was provided with exactly what I was promised.
It is a rare pleasure to receive such excellent customer service. When I do, I am more than happy to recommend companies to my friends and family, which of course, I will be doing with Heavens Squad.
This service has been a really worthwhile investment for me with excellent value for money. The Heavens Squad will be the first people I turn to in the future if and when the next IT headache looms on the horizon.

Heavens Squad came out to fix two things our laptop which wasn't connecting to the internet and the advent desktop, which turned out to be slow because it needed more memory. Both were fixed superbly.
Richard was quick to understand the problems we were experiencing (considering how untechy we are!). He gave us options and explained everything he had done. I would highly recommend Heavens Squad to anyone after our experience.

I found the Heavens Squad experience interesting as well as helpful. The Agent explained my laptop problem before rectifying it. I was even able to purchase the parts from the Heavens Squad which saved me the time of having to track them down myself.
I’d logged the call on the Monday and the agent was round on Saturday morning. The agent had to come back the following weekend due to a slight mishap that was not rectified originally but that was dealt with efficiently.

I felt that I must email and praise the service that I have received from The Heavens Squad, which is by far the best I have received in a long time. The service was so good that I really felt I ought to let the powers that be know that the agents are a credit to your company. I work in the finance industry so I’m only too aware of how quickly customers/clients complain but never praise.
Your company delivers exactly what it says it will, which in this day and age is a rarity in itself. One agent, David, really deserves someone to give him credit for the service he provided, he was outstanding and nothing was a problem. Every company needs an employee like him.

I would like to send a particular thanks to Jerrell for his punctuality and professional way of working - originally we thought it would be a quick fix - but that turned out not to be the case and a second visit was required. As I work in the City as a database analyst I have plenty of experience in dealing with IT departments and naturally there is quite a mixture of good and bad results.
May I personally compliment David on his approach to his work, his due diligence and his lack of concern on how long the issue took to resolve - 4 hours instead of 2 and then a long journey home by public transport.
