Here is what make us different from all other companies:

• FAST TURNAROUND TIME In-shop usually turnaround time is 1 to 2 business days; Rush Diagnostic / Estimate and Service While You Wait are available too; Bring it today, Pick it up tomorrow.
• FREE DIAGNOSTIC WITH SERVICE There is a $49 flat rate at the time of drop-off which will be applied to the labor charge if the estimate is approved.
• FLAT LABOR RATES In-shop repair services are priced at flat rates (usually under $100); rather than give you a vague quote, like “$60 per hour,” we always let you know up-front how much the repair will cost no matter how long it takes us!
• ON-SITE QUICK RESPONSE TIME usually we can be at your home or office, anywhere in Chicago, within 24 hours or less.
• ON-SITE LABOR SERVICE / REPAIR STARTING at $60 per hour, one hour minimum, no travel fee, parking if applicable, billing is done in 15 minutes increments after the first hour.
• 90 DAYS WORK WARRANTY: labor and parts on all repairs or installations is warranted for a period of 90 days.
• CONVENIENT Available HOURS; Mon-Thu: 9AM-7PM; Fri: 9AM-6PM; Sat: 10AM-5PM; Sun: Closed. We are opened when most of the guys are closed; we work on evenings and weekends, too.
